The use of ozone in the process of denim treatment assumes more importance in the textile industries, because it systematic use allows companies to efficiently respond to different production and environmental requirerements.
Ozone technical characteristics are generally known, in particular, to laundry application, its strong oxidizing action that makes it the most powerful “green” oxidant industrially used.
Its oxidizing power makes it ideal for discoloration and whitening operations of fabric in general, particularly denim.

All system parameters are monitored and displayede for a maximum reliability and operator safety. With this system it is possible to obtain advantages garanteed by an ozone production system with liquid oxygen supply such as high production performance, lower electricity consumption and in general a superior system reliability due to less risk of humidity presence, but without being “bound” by constant oxygen supply.
The entire ozone production system is design to be completely independent in each separate unit, and is delivered to the customer ready for installation and a quick and easy startup.
The production is managed by a control system integrated inside the electrical panel, that allows to controll of all equipment installed in order to manage the operations from only one place.
