NRAY 2-2M is a new marking laser machine, complete with innovative high-speed scanning head.
NRAY 2-2M differs from the classic “table + mannequin” technology. In fact, it integrates the innovative features of the Laser Table with the new mennequin system, a flexible and compact laser machine that guarantees high performance and the ability to treat the pants at 360° – thus creating truly unique and detailed “worn look” effects in every point of the working area.
NRay 2-2M works with a 600 watt laser source. It is made by a supporting structure in carbon steel on which there are installed two vertical mannequins are installed on a supporting rotating structure.
The rotating support arm of the two mannequins is motorized and automatic with a rotation control of the central axis through an encoder.
This automatic movement allows you to always have a mannequin in the working area while the other is in the loading and unloading area.
On each mannequin there are electronic pressure switches that control the pressure inside the rubber tubes. Around the rotary axis there is a system of protections complete with safety devices in compliance with the regulations in force.
The operator’s working area has been designed so that he can work with the maximum “SAFETY” and “EFFICIENCY” during the various working phases. (class 1).
